Time Square is the neatest place to be anytime of the year, but this is my dream location to be proposed at on New Year's Eve when the clock strikes 12 O' Clock. Though I don't know when this day will come, but as a wise woman once told it's ok to Dream BIG! becasue dreams make us all unique and special in our own ways.
